Mission Statement: Our mission is to elevate our students interested in emergency medicine to be competitive and successful in achieving their future career goals. We aim to do this by providing clinical and professional education opportunities for our members. We also aim to increase our member’s skills and education by providing service opportunities within our local community.

Insight: In the past few years our club has hosted Hands-Only CPR Training, EKG clinics, Mass Casualty Incident Drills, Bleeding Control Training, QPR Training, Narcan Training, and a EM Residency Program Director Panel and Dinner!
One of our club members, David Afienko was granted the ACOEP Student of the Year Award at the 2019 National ACOEP Scientific Assembly in Austin, Texas. This award is given to one student each year who is nominated due to their extensive involvement in Emergency Medicine related research projects, including being lead author, as well as going above and beyond in involvement with the ACOEP organization.
